Shipping Information
We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (Free on all orders)
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days ($9.95)
- Overnight Shipping: Available for select locations ($19.95)
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress using our website or the carrier’s tracking system.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love everything you order. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days.
Return Policy
- 30-day return period from delivery date
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Original packaging required
How to Return
- Log into your account on our website
- Navigate to your order history
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Print the prepaid return label
- Package items securely and ship
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Free returns on all US orders. We provide prepaid return labels for your convenience.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
